How long will it take for the order to reach me?
We strive to deliver products purchased from Gnist Fashion in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with Gnist Fashion, we will try to reach to as fast as we can.
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for domestic orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 4-7 days for domestic orders to reach you. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
We will charge actual Amount on Express shipping i.e can vary from Rs 150-400 for Under 1 Kg. Express shipping on available on prepaid orders.Â
What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above Rs. 999, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 99 applies to all orders under Rs. 999. These charges are for pan India in case of Cash on Delivery.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, order forward/reverse shipping charges will not be refunded
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@shopgnist.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
