Orders/Exchange/Returns/Refund and Cancellation Policy

We only issue Gift card in case of refunds in few cases, No cash refunds are entertained. We only process claims in presence of unboxing Videos (Wrong products / Damage / Mismatch)

Ordering Policy:

Ordering at www.shopgnist.com is customer friendly. Browse the website to make your purchase. Just select the products you want to shop for, enter the quantity you desire, and click on "Add to Bag".

Please provide your shipping address and payment information. Please refer to the payment options available to you. Once you have successfully opted for your payment mode / made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately and will be shipped to you.

We accept orders only for delivery in India.

Cancellation and Refund of an order:

In case, you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with customer care through call +91-9999170028 or drop an email at info@shopgnist.com.

Also, Orders can be cancelled on Call, Text or Email. Orders can be cancelled only before order status changes to shipped or 24 hours from order placement – whichever is earlier. Once is order is processed we will not be able to cancel the order free of cost. We will charge forward logistics for same. 

In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, refund of your amount will be processed within 7-12 business days as per our Exchange / Return policies.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a gift card for the refund amount against the email details shared by you. This process will start after receiving the products back as per Exchange / Return policies and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 7-12 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange / Return policy:

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us but considering the fact that some products cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered on terms of Choice / Mistake / Likings 

We always call and confirm before dispatching an order. Your size and other details are properly confirmed before any dispatch. We don't entertain returns due to choice or wrong size, as we double-check before sending. 

Any direct or indirect order from our D2C website falls under the same policy :

Still, in case you wish to return, Returns are simple.

We'll give options to return and a refund (gift card) for the amount you paid for the returning item via voucher or account settlement.

We charge an actual return logistic fee for every return (Forward+Reverse) or Min ₹299 to initiate the process.

  • Rs 149 Charged for Return (only pickup old)
  • Rs 299 Charged for Exchange (Pick up Old + Process New)

In case you choose to return simply reach us and we will arrange the pickup for you. The logistic fee for return will be deducted from your refund. 

In case cancelled/refund post receiving the order, we will deduct COD - Rs 30 & Forward Courier Rs 99 in addition to rest of the cost. This is to cover unsuccessful order. No such charge in case of exchange.

None of the used pairs will be Accepted, QC will be a key aspect before accepting the return, post which we will process the return. For Return, you have to print the label which we will provide at the time of return request. 

Exchange or refund is only acceptable within 3 Days post the order is delivered. 

We don’t accept returns or refunds on clearance and bundle offers. The product sold at a High discount is not returnable.

In case of any Size, damage or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product.

QC Return - Defects Warranting Rejection: Accepted for return

Material Deficiencies: Cracks, tears, inconsistent leather quality. 

Functional Deficiencies: Broken heel, Missing trim, Wrong size odds, upper damaged or cut.

Handmade Imperfections: - Not Accepted as the return reason

Crafting Variations: Minor stitching differences, Nails visible in the transparent heel, Side covering visible in transparent uppers.

Natural Material Traits: Color variations, grain inconsistencies, surface blemishes. Less adhesive stickiness (insole)

Cosmetic Flaws: Small scratches on material, minor colour differences, surface irregularities, adhesive marks.

We understand you would not like to accept these imperfections, but Handmade imperfections are integral to the unique charm of artisanal footwear.

Embracing these quirks showcases the craftsmanship and authenticity, distinguishing them from mass-produced items. Rejecting based on these imperfections would undermine their artisanal value, we can always get them fixed with any glue or clean wipe rather than returning them.

  • Return/exchange/replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Gnist Team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • The cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your exchange/return request has been accepted, the exchange/refund process will be completed within 7-12 business days, subject to picking & product inspection.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override Gnist Exchange/ Returns Policy.
  • To check which items cannot be exchanged, please call our customer care number on +91-9999170028 through business days (Monday to Saturday) or mail us at info@shopgnist.com. We are constantly working to include more and more products to our exchange list.
  • In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount by way of Net Banking, Credit card / Debit card etc.
  • The canceled product will be picked up by our courier partners and the refund will be processed once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse
  • Place your item in its original packaging box if available else put in a box, please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice if available. Keep the product and the package ready for pickup by Gnist Fashion
