I have added a photograph of both the products which I have bought from you. I hope your present and future customers can easily visualise that both the products are of same size 39 with different length but according to Ms. Priyanka, both are same. It’s customer’s mistake that we would have known priorly that length of the footwears may vary for the same size. Also, according to Ms. Priyanka, when I shared same pictures with her, she gave her opinion that Footwears are looking fine according to her, and I who is wearing the footwear opinion is wrong. I really hope you acknowledge both the pictures and share on your page. It will lead to right feedback.
It is better to buy these products from Myntra than their own website. The products are good without a doubt but the return and refund policy is not.
